额温枪、电子体温计EMC整改

额温枪、电子体温计组成
电子体温计由温度传感器,显示模块,MCU微控制器,电源模块,按键模块,语音模块,及其它电子元器件组成。能快速准确地测量人体体温,与传统的水银玻璃体温计相比,具有读数方便,测量时间短,测量精度高,能记忆并有蜂鸣提示的优点,尤其是电子体温计不含水银,对人体及周围环境无害,特别适合于家庭,医院等场合使用。

额温枪、电子体温计概述
电子体温计,标准要求±0.2℃的误差差异范围(加上显示误差范围可以放宽到±0.3℃),精准度要求还是蛮高的。另外,市面上大部分的电子体温计,均采用黑胶ic的MCU微处理器,单面板、各类传感器、三引线传感器、四引线传感器,不同按键,例如3按键、4按键等,种类齐全,产品质量都参差不齐。

因,电子体温计工作频率低、信号弱、红外传感温度的敏感性等特点,导致了EMC抗干扰难合格,特别是辐射抗扰度测试的3v/m 80MHz~2.5GHz频率范围的场强干扰,特别难满足0.3℃的精度、在外围环境的影响特别敏感。

另外,对实验室要求也比普通测试要求高,例如模拟体温计测量按键的模拟手、更加精准的恒定温湿度控制,都会给测试带来更高的要求。

Charged device model (CDM) ESD is considered to be the primary real-world ESD model for representing ESD charging and rapid discharge and is the best representation of what can occur in automated handling equipment used in manufacturing and the assembly of integrated circuits (ICs) today. It is well known that the largest cause by far of ESD damage to an IC during device handling in a manufacturing environment is from charged device events.

Prior to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002, there were four existing standards: the legacy

  • JEDEC (JESD22-C101),
  • ANSI/ESD S5.3.1,
  • AEC Q100-011,
  • EIAJ ED-4701/300-2

Resistance and Capacitance modules are found in many Military and DOD electrostatic immunity test requirements, many of which refer back to MIL-STD-331. The 500pF, 500 and 5000 Ohm discharge networks are suitable to meet STANAG 4239, MIL-DTL-23659D and MIL-STD-1512.

Human Body Model - HBM-(100pF/1500Ohm)

Human Body Model (HBM) ESD testing is a requirement in compliance standards IEC 612340-3-1, JEDEC 11-A114, MIL-STD-750D and many more. RC modules with 150pF capacitance and 1500 Ohm resistance values are typically used with 30kV model ESD simulators and their easily interchangeable discharge network design. The new Haefely ONYX 30 and 3ctest EDS 20T are 16kV models with easily changeable RC modules, saving users money on the overall HBM and MM configuration
